Here are some pictures my dad took while in Alaska back in August of last year. Alaska is on the list of places to go before I die and this pictures confirmed that I want to go there. Now I just have to convince Laura that it is not as cold as people think Alaska would be!

Alright this one I had to report on because the pictures speak 1000 words. One of my car blogs posted this one with the nice little picture you see to your left as the introduction, lets say the rest of the photos are not as nice. So this is what happens when you hit a fox at 143 mph with a nice German car. I could not imagine what that sounded like or being the person who has to clean up the car afterwards.
There are a lot of cool pictures in this collection. It looks like he is a photographer for Nike as he seems to have a lot of pictures with Nike stuff. Pretty amazing, it is stuff like this that makes me want to pick up a camera and learn to do this, unfortunately I do not really have the talent for it but I do appreciate a good picture!
This is a photo blog of all the common uncommon pictures that make their way around the net its pretty interesting to look through the collection as they have a ton of them. Some of them are obviously photo-shopped but a couple of them are really amazing
So this year we had some more time to do decorations on our house as last year we were just getting ready to move into the new house. Laura and her sister were the ones who climbed on the roof and hung the icicle lights, I was very impressed when I came home from my bike ride that day!
P-38 Lightning was found after 65 years of being undercover of sand. It was found on the North Wales Coast.
The twin-engine P-38 was conceived by Lockheed design genius Clarence "Kelly" Johnson in the late 1930s. Some 10,000 were built, and about 32 complete or partial airframes are believed to still exist.
The recovery group plans to collaborate with British museum experts in recovering the nearly intact but fragile aircraft next spring.

Well I have started climbing 14ers in Colorado and got 2 under my belt before I ran out of hiking season. But I am looking forward to picking it up again next season!
